Hypa - openserve

My WiFi is not working and they are telling me about waiting for 72 hours to get it fixed. I already logged this from around 6:00. I'm really disappointed at this. I paid what is due and I'm being told that I can not stream or do anything. I'm also using this WiFi for my work. Maybe it's time for change...I know there maybe issues sometimes but the turnaround must also satisfy me as per the money I paid
