Huge disapoointment in service

I have been calling Open Serve all week and not a single time has the call been answered. Cell C released the line back to Open Serve for the new ISP to connect the fibre but Open Serve are not logging the task to release the line. It is beyond frustrating that for 2 weeks we have had no fibre and both my husband and I work from home. Does no one work at the Open Serve Call Centre?!
