How the heck can it take more than a month, for Openserve to provision a line?
Dear Openserve,
I am writing this letter with utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the deplorable level of service and incompetence demonstrated by your organization. The ongoing delays and unresolved issues surrounding the provisioning of the fiber line and the non-functioning Optical Network Terminal (ONT) have reached an intolerable level.
It is inconceivable that despite Web Africa's supposed activation of the line over a month ago, the provisioning process remains incomplete. This lack of progress reflects a severe failure on your part, causing significant distress and inconvenience to my client—a freelance graphic designer who relies heavily on a reliable internet connection to conduct her work.
As a direct result of these delays, my client has fallen behind on crucial design projects, forcing her to attend late-night meetings and expend additional resources to compensate for the lack of connectivity. The toll on her mental well-being and anxiety levels is unbearable. This situation is wholly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation and reliability of Openserve as a service provider.
I demand immediate action and resolution to this matter. The provisioned line must be activated without further delay, and the dead ONT must be replaced promptly. My client's livelihood and professional commitments are at stake, and she deserves the basic courtesy of a functional and dependable internet connection.
I implore you to prioritize this complaint and take swift and decisive action to rectify the situation. Your failure to do so will undoubtedly result in severe consequences for Openserve, including a formal escalation of this complaint to relevant regulatory bodies and an earnest effort to dissuade others from utilizing your services.
I expect a comprehensive response outlining the steps being taken to resolve this issue and a realistic timeline for the completion of the necessary actions. Anything short of a satisfactory resolution will be deemed as further evidence of Openserve's disregard for customer satisfaction and competence in delivering essential services.
I trust that you comprehend the gravity of this situation and the urgency with which it needs to be addressed. Rest assured, I will not rest until justice is served and my client's connectivity concerns are rectified.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Barnett
