Horrific service.

We’ve experienced the worst service from Openserve ,our WiFi has been down for 2 days now when we try get ahold of them it takes up to 30 minutes for a consultant to answer and they keep saying that the issue will be solved soon. No date or time has been giving for this yet every month the internet is paid for they don’t care about the days it has not been work. It is appalling service.
