Horrible Treatment!!

I just got this SMS:

Openserve: Dear Customer, Please note that the ONT provided as part of your broadband service B44******** is the property of Openserve and can only be removed or disconnected by an authorised Openserve representative.

I merely want the line to be released so another ISP can start using for connection.... You people make it sound like we don't pay for these SERVICES...Whoever the licensed individual is that needs to release the line from Mweb so Cool Ideas can access it can they do it!! What's the point of this Sms????? So insulting and disappointing for a company that provides a service... And we have been loyal customers!!
