Horrible service, Horrible timing, HORRIBLEY UNRELIABLE!

<p>So maintenance was done by openserve around the 6th of December and it caused a lot of people's Telkom lines to be placed into the holding pool for migration. So this was the 1st total ***** up they made because when in the holding pool your line synchs at 2Mb/s instead of my usual 10 Mb/s etc. Immediately they promised the ISP's that it is their top priority to get everyone’s lines back to normal. Well guess what? It's the 23rd and my vacation leave is just about up and my line is still not fixed! My ISP is constantly contacting them to get it resolved as they manage my line and yet openserve just don't seem to care about one guy still paying for a 10 Mb/s line and only getting a 2 Mb/s line with horrible latency... Openserve seems like just another Telkom when it comes to customer service and reliability. Oh you mean it's Christmas and Openserve is running on skeleton staff? Has it been Christmas since the 6th?? No there is no excuse for the complete lack of support provided by them. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone that's looking for a company that values it's customers and not just profit. </p>
