Horrible service from Openserve

The worst service providers ever. Have been without any internet connection for over 3 days now, been calling and its just a matter of being sent back and forth. A technician came but he just said the problem is outside and left it at that. I am really disappointed in how you handle your customers especially because we pay on time. I don't even want to mention the amount of money I have spent to have connection and keep working.
