Horrible service from Openserve.

This openserve network company is the most useless in the world. We put in an order for the new fibre setup almost a month ago and an agent called us and confirmed that the installation people will come around 3 Tuesdays ago and nobody has called us since or came to do any installation. What a terrible service! Imagine how bad the internet service will be if the guys can't even keep to their word about the installation process. Absolutely pathetic.
