Horrible service!!

This is the most horrible service I have ever received and would not recommend this fibre company. We requested our fibre from Greentel on 06/04/2022, our fibre was installed and ready to be activated on 11/04/2022, up until today, after numerous chats on whatsapps, calls to openserve, our fibre is still not activated and we are being ignored on whatsapp. Router and all was received, installation was done, but absolutely nothing further from greentel or openserve!! Horrible, horrible service!!
