Horrible service

Our internet has been down since Friday and Openserve guys don’t care at all. They sent out a guy Mr Mulaudzi on Sunday to come check their infrastructure and he mentioned that the infrastructure outside is not sending connection to our house and he will get the correct team sent out a few hours later, there is still no one that came again since Mr Mulaudzi and it’s just been horrible in *********** service thereafter. Still no internet and WE WORK FROM HOME!!!
