Horrible service

I've been trying to get openserve to contact me to get my fibre installation sorted out for 3 days but no one contacts me. I've only received a facebook message to say that they've escalated the matter and then another to say that my order has been cancelled due to the fact that there's alrwady a fiber connection installed at this address.

AGAIN!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PHONE ME URGENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
