Horrible experience

Horrible experience, I moved into a new place on the first of May and haven't had WIfi since I moved in. Unfortunately, in my area, we can only have OpenServe. It took me weeks to finally get a hold of someone at Mweb to log the complaint finally, someone from OpenServe called me. On Sunday the technician came out to see what was wrong however he resolved nothing . On Tuesday the 27th of May a man by the name of Joe calls me to say he is comming to check the line I asked him to come in the afternoon as I need to get to work. He then said, " No, he is coming now, so I said alright. I went outside to see him on the other side of the road and asked him to come to my house he then says to me no he is first going to make a call then he will come so I said to him no you come now I have to get to work and I have been waiting for WIfi for a month this needs to get sorted, he then laughs at me and proceeds to take his call. I then left it and went back inside to get ready for work. he then stood outside of my house, hooting like a crazy person, so I ignored him. I am a single female, not going to open my house to someone who is disrespecting me, then he starts calling my phone to come outside. I then said to him You need to leave my house so I can get to work. Save yourself the frustration and Drama and get an LTE rooter from Rain .
