Horrible disservice from Mweb and Openserve

The horrible treatment that I am receiving from both Openserve and Mweb is the worst ever. I have been trying to move my service from one location to another and both Openserve and Mweb keep taking me from pillar to post, with one blaming the other for not doing this or that and vice-versa. I am at a point where I no longer know who to trust and what story to take. I would definitely never recommend these companies to any of my family and friends. Horrible disservice.
