Horrible Customer Experience

My fibre connection lately just does not work. No one even bothers to inform me of service issues. Last week I sent five emails to my isp (RSAWeb) support complaining about my service, but this they emailed me saying my problem has been resolved. Today I am without internet for hours!!!

OpenServe app gives the status that all is well but the line fails. Why have all these apps if they are useless?
