Highly irritated

I just had the fiber installed this month. I'm still on the free trail, but decided to cancel my lte subscription and join openserve.

Guess what, I've been offline from the 24th December till now. With no way of communicating with them. There is no number to call. This is not what I was promised. I'm highly irritated with this because now we can't even watch TV
