Help contacting OpenServe for a new installation

This is more of a request than a issue, review. I need to contact someone at OpenServe regarding a new installation at a complex, to possible come out and do a site survey and give us feedback. I tried a couple of platforms but got no response. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
