Held Hostage by OpenServe

I really feel abused by OpenServe. They lack accountability and abuse their monopoly over fibre infrastructure. I have been trying to switch ISPs but they make it extremely difficult. One moment they dont have my address to confirm I have line, then they say my line has not been released by the previous ISP, I then get the previous ISP to release the line and they indeed confirm the line has been released. Now the new ISP has made an order (with a request for activation) but OpenServe now says I don't have an existing line and have to wait for installation. This despite that I do have a line with them. As a result I have not had internet for close to a month. I really feel held hostage by Openserve because they own the infrastrucure and all I can do is wait and wait.
