Guys, after investigation I found that of all the fiber providers in durban, your compay is the only one that provides sub par lines.

any area that your fiber lines are installed to has frequent issues with speed, and your exchanges also have constant timeouts when using tracert to check traffic routing. this indicated massive overload of your resources.

out of 5 fiber providers I have checked, yours are the one and only fiber provider that actually opperates on avarage close to peak ADSL speeds over 100MB enabled services.

So i beg you, please sort out your exchange capabilities, because you do charge more then anyone out there, or alternatively and better yet, please stop installing fiber all together, you guys are ruining it for the guys you are providing fiber to.

So next time you want to supply fiber to an area, do the right thing and let another company provide the fiber instead, because in my experience their service is outstanding. and i am sure that all of you at open serve also want outstanding services. So just let the good guys do it please man. you guys can all go and get jobs there due to your experience. so make the move now.
