Great service Openserve/Telkom

My experience with the technicians of this company has been extremely pleasant. They responded very quickly to fault that was logged with Telkom, even coming through to my premises to fix the problem over 2 consecutive days. It was an issue which in all honesty was quite a shlep. The issue was resolved very professionally and they got me back up & running in no time. You always hear those bad reviews and stories of how Telkom/Openserve takes weeks to respond to faults. My issue was resolved in 2.5 days.
