Great service Hennie from openserve

Thank you for the great service from Hennie in Kimberley less than 4hours after I logged the call with MWEB for my fibre that was down and he was at my front gate. He did not leave when he could not get is us open the gate becuase af a brokken door bell. He stayed until he could get our attention to open our front gate. He called me when I was at work to let me know that he is on site and needs access. Thank you Hennie well done
