Great service from RSA web and Open serve

I had problems with my bridging router and I called my service provider RSA web and was served by Sibongile who kindly attended to my issue promptly and logged a fault with OpenServe. I was informed my case would be attended to in 24 to 48 hours, I got a call from Garret an open serve technician in the morning the next day who restored my connection. Garret was friendly and even advised on how to prevent further issues.
