Great service from OpenServe for restoring our FTTH connection

4 working hours after I logged a call with Afrihost, our fibre connection was restored. Apparently, a tree branch that broke off during a thunderstorm, was the cause of the problem. The technician that was assigned the call did an excellent job in fixing the problem and restored our whole street's fibre connection.
