Great personal experiences with OpenServe

I have dealt with OpenServe with both my work and personal line and I really appreciate the effort and care both Zwai and Gary have shown in getting me connected to my internet package. Especially with regards to my home fibre connection problem, OpenServe really took the time to explain the process of installation and helped mitigate frustrating anti-consumer ISP practices. I understand that the systems established by the powers-to-be often breakdown effective communication, but the guys from OpenServe don't mind explaining the reasons for issues and delays, and it made planning for my installations and services easy and actually possible. Overall, I am extremely happy with my interactions with OpenServe and hope to keep experiencing such fantastic service from them.
