Frustrating Experience with Openserve Installation Service

I recently had a disappointing experience with Openserve's installation service. On 12 August 2025, I app**** for WIFI installation at my residence with the assistance of Lerato. Despite initial approval and a scheduled installation date of 14 August, issues arose.

Warren contacted me on the scheduled day, revealing that the application had an incorrect address and that our actual address was incorrectly listed as having WIFI. Lerato cancelled the order, and Warren re-submitted a new application. Although it was approved on 15 August with a new installation date of 22 August, Warren later informed me that the order had been allocated to someone else.

To add to the frustration, Eugene visited me on 25 August, discovered errors, and plans to cancel and re-submit the application again. This has been a wasteful and frustrating experience, with multiple visits and calls.
