From the start bad service

Took a contact out with Mweb. Maruis Kleinsmith gave me a address that I did not give Mweb. He told me he will get it fixed before the technicians arive. Today Technicians called me to confirm and still the address is incorrect. So no one can help me to get it corrected and not one can install it now. Tried calling Maruis but can not get through. I think its pathetic service from the start. Sure the Technicians have a number they can contact for these cases. Surely it should have been corrected when I told them. Openserve doesnt have a direct contact number and the query logged on their website is also not being sorted out. Really not good service
