Fibre off and I get no assistance from Openserve

This company has no care for it's customers. As a small business we already have to deal with every thing going on in south africa. We had to get fibre at the shop just to be able to do card transactions for when there is load shedding. This is day 6 now and the 24 hour turn around promised by the consultsnt has still not been delivered on. This is how the big companies deliveries on their promise
