Fibre Line Installed To Complex 2 Years Ago Still No Fibre

Is there anyone who can perhaps help and assist so that OpenServe/Telkom install fibre in our complex in Moreleta Park in Pretoria East? They have been trying for the last 2 years now to install it in our complex, every time they show up but then afterwards nothing else happens. We even arranged for the access letters and had them signed within 2 days and still nothing and it's been months/years. The project is never seen through and seems to just be stalling for longer than 24 months now. Almost all the other complexes in Moreleta Park in Pretoria East has fibre, our complex is completely surrounded by other complexes that have fibre, a fibre line has already been installed all the way into our complex up to our complex wall on the inside but nothing else has happened in such a long time. If anyone can assist or just provide us with more information to help and get our complex onto fibre it would be greatly appreciated. Many residents feeling hopeless.
