Fibre Internet Nightmare

Fibre line worked for 7 days then the B number got changed and for 14 days (So far) it's been a handoff between Afrihost and Openserv. Five tickets logged with Opensev by Afrihost including a reinstall. No one comes on site. Tickets simply get closed saying they pinged the line and its working.
