Fibre installers not caring for water meter when digging

Openserve are currently installing fibre in Vanderbijlpark SE3. They do not have any care for peaples water meter reader on the pavement. The cover os broken by them and the meter is filled with sand. When I webt to enquire the team leader was rude and started saying that I dobt treat him with respect and laughing in my face. If this is how potential customers are treated then surely I will not becone a customer. The team went to take the sand out of the hole where the water meter is. If there is any water leaks after they are done then I will hold openserve liable for fixing at there expense. I am shocked on how we were treated by the team leader and havibg disrespect by laughibg in our faces.
