Fibre installed over a year ago and coverage map still not updated

Telkom / Openserve installed fibre wires over a year ago (after begging them for almost a year) into our complex but the coverage map is still not updated and hence we can't order fibre service from a ISP. I have sent NUMEROUS requests to Supi Mutavhatsindi (SJ) and Dhevan Murugan (DA) and logged it on Openserve's website. Supi acknowledged that the infrastructure is in place, but the only answer I get is that he is busy sorting out the coverage map problem.....which does not seem to be sorted.
