Fibre Installation Delay Since 26 November – Afrihost Blaming Openserve

I placed an order for fibre installation on 26 November 2025, and to date, the installation has not been completed. My experience has been extremely frustrating:

Order Details: Timeline: Ordered on 26 November, still waiting with no confirmed installation date. Attempts Made: Multiple calls, emails, and tickets with Afrihost – no resolution. Impact: I work from home and have incurred additional costs for mobile data due to this delay.

Afrihost continues to blame Openserve, claiming they are responsible for the delay. However, as the end-user, I have no resolution and no accountability from either party. This is unacceptable.
