Fibre installation cancelled twice, no contact either.

Fibre installation cancelled twice. I ordered fibre from Afirhost and Openserve made a installation date for 10 Dec 2021. They cancelled at 14:00 in the afternoon. When I called the next week to get another date they said the next available date is 30 Dec 2021. When 30 Dec came they did not show up, did not call, did not email until today 7 Jan 2021.

For both occasions I had to have someone ready at my home which cost time and money.

Appalling, what an appaling business.
