Fibre installation

I ordered fibre at afrihost on 14th of May 2021.today is the 31ste of may. I hear nothing from openserve regarding my installation.what actually makes me angry is that someone I know that lives in the same town as me ordered on 22th of May also at Afrihost and on 27th of may they installed his fibre?how does that work?I ordered long before him but his order is processed first?
