Fibre Down in Fleurhof for 5 days

We have had our fibre down for 5 days as of today. Today we get a message that the technicians felt unsafe yesterday and so did no work on resolving the problem of a cut fibre line. This is totally unacceptable. Surely, Openserve has security toprotect their installations and personnel.
