Fibre down for weeks

I had fibre installed around the 20th of December, only for the installers to then discover that Openserve's aerial fibre on the nature reserve side of Mahogany Crescent is completely dead.

Promises were made and never materialised, and I'm STILL WAITING for my ONT light to turn green, but the cable guys are basking on a beach somewhere while I wait like an idiot for my 100Mbps service to light up.

First person to sign up for fibre in my street but the last to recommend it to anyone in the the area. I'm very close to canceling and dissuading others from getting fibre, the service (more correctly total lack thereof) has been appalling and is most likely a very accurate indicator of what's to come.

I'll stick with my 4Mbps ADSL or better yet sign up with RAIN and get LTE.
