Fiber Activation after Installation

Hi contact me, no fiber activation in my street as said it will be by 4 days ago. Half the installation is done and then nothing. Used almost R150 airtime trying to find the right place. 10213 didn't work, just sending me between departments. Need feedback from the technicians. ETA?
