There is a WhatsApp portal, with VERY few options to select from.

I run my business, using the internet. The last message I received was: Tickets can take A HUNDRED AND TWENTY BUSINESS HOURS TO RESOLVE!

The business that is lost this way, must compare well with loadshedding!
