Extremely bad service and rude consultants

I have been without wifi for the past two days! I’ve escalated that I work from home and after waiting hours they sent out a technician. The technician states that he tested the router but I stood beside him and he was on the phone for the 5min that he was at my house. After 5min he left and said its not their fault.

Later that day a consultant gave me a call and spoke to me as if the fault was on my side. He was rude and unprofessional! and concluded that the fault is not on their side.

I’m still without Wi-Fi!

Their service is ridiculously bad and their customer services as well.

Besides all of this, I tested their routers connection speed on my laptop and it said ZERO. They still think the fault it not on their side.
