Extremely bad service

Hi

I had my fibre installed by Mthobisi from Openserve

He was in a such a hurry, did not want to give me a chance to think where to put the fibre in the house, did not want to respond to some of the questions I asked abo the coverage. He was very impatient.

After drilling there was no cleaning up till asked him, as the dirt was hidden behind the curtain. They cleaned up very angry. But they still left the dirt behind the TV cabinet where they drilled for the router.

He wrote the data number on a box and left it on the table without any explanation. I only discovered as I was packing up. I had to call him to ask what this number is for. Did I have to call him as I was in the house? He just told me to call Telkom to ask for the login details. Which number do I use for this request?

The router is not secured the *****s are loose as indicated in the attached pictures. Cleaning the router is therefore going to be a challenge for us with as it it falls as we touch it. Is this not going to interfere with the connections as we pull and push?

This is really bad service.
