Expensive Call out fee and repair not done suitably

We have Fiber with Openserve through Mweb, the cable came out due to a palm branch hooking on it. They charged us R 1500 just to come and reconnect the same wire to the pole. Nothing was replace and the wire is again hanging on the palm branches. If the Palms shed its branches again it will pull the wire out again. The repair is not done in a manner to prevent it from pulling out again apart from the ridiculous fee they charged us.
