Exceptionally bad service

Literally the worst service I have gotten in years. I ordered a fiber line from you guys, in an area where fiber is already available.

All you need to do is put an actual connection in my unit. Not as much as an email, a call, an sms nothing has been given to me. No reference number for my order, my ISP says everything has been handed over to you and I have no communication. Used your email address as listed and got an automated response and nothing else. Costing me thousands in mobile data now since I need this for work and I ordered it well within the suggested time frame.
