Exceptional Service from Openserve Alberton

I will leave out my ISP that did a terrible job on managing this outage but I want to focus on giving credit where credit is due. My fibre went down Tuesday morning just after 9. My ISP did nothing with it for 6 hours, only when I called the 3rd time did they report it to Openserve. Openserve was on it immediately but it was already late in the day, the fault was not at my house and they reported it to their cabling department. The next day they continued. Day 3 and I was not happy. Openserve kept on sending updates on their App. Early this morning 3 Teams arrived and they worked tirelesly and with great spirit and friendliness to restore the issue. As it was a cable fault they had to struggle to get into each property to get to the poles and boxes. I want to personally thank each person from Openserve that was involved in troubleshooting and fixing my fault, you guys are amazing, Openserve please see who all was involved in 77BRK060824 and reward them or atleast thank them for being super at customer service. You guys Rock!
