Excellent service and workmanship by the Openserve fibre Technician Mr. Nelson Freddy from the Pietermaritzburg branch. He is truly an asset to Openserve and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service and excellent work. The job required more people however Mr. Nelson Freddy did everything himself working tirelessly for many hours and still managed to set up and explained in detail how to operate my fibre system since I'm new to this technology.
