Excellent service from Openserve

A company not Openserve was digging trenches to install fibre optic cables and cut through telkom cables in three different places at different times i.e. a few days apart. Not only did Openserve keep me informed they managed to fix and replace some of their cables and got me and my neighbours up and running. Execellent service. When I contacted telkom to report the problem they were also very helpful.
