Excellent service

I have been served fibre from Open-Serve now for almost seven months and have not once had any negative issues with them. I had a problem with my router a month ago which turned out to be a fault on my side, yet the service agent from Open-Serve came out immediately and explained the problem to me. He was curtious and polite and said I can call on him anytime I have a problem with my fibre supply. Now, that's service one would expect from a service provider! 10 out of 10 for them
