Excellent Service

Hello There,

I have been reading through your reviews, and I disagree with the poor service comments. On the 9th I contact Vox my ISP, and your technician(who didn't take the name) was before 10 am at my place the next day. Checked and advise cable cut took place. Monday morning Kobus Gordon called to advise cable is reinstalled and just wants to check if the router is getting a signal. It was resolved. This is the second time I logged a call and both times I received exceptional service from you guys. Previously was from Sipho Nxumalo, please pass my gratitude to your team. 20 out of 5 stars for exceptional customer service. Thank you so much for the great service
