Excellent response time, excellent technician

Our fiber cable leading into the house was damaged today at roughly 12:30. I reported the incident to my ISP (Home-Connect) . By 14:00 the technician had arrived and was able to fix our "fiber" by 15:00. The technician, Everest, was professional and highly proficient. The effort and efficiency is highly appreciated.
