Exceeding waiting period

Openserve has a waiting period of up to 2 weeks. Its been 2 weeks and my installation have not yet taken place. My son is falling behind on his online classes and is soon to write exams. I did not know that openserve is part of Telkom and i had a bad experience with Teklom . Ther service is very bad. I hope i will not have the same experience with openserve.
