DOWNTIME

I am paying MWEB for internet and to manage my telkom adsl. I have been down several times and made it clear that I experience down time everytime it rains. I thought that they will take over the responsibility to convey the message to telkom and get the problem resolved.

I AM DOWN AGAIN!!! I have more downtime than uptime!! I still get charged full every month!!
