DONT USE AFRIHOST/OPENSERVE

Afrihost/Openserve came to install fibre at my house the Wednesday. Half way they had to leave as there was "issues with the line" and said Afrihost would send out a technician to sort out the oroblem. I contacted Afriohost daily ftom that Wednesday as no body called or pitched. Every time they assured withing 24-48 hours etc. The friday they assured they would come that very day, no one came. I requested to speak to a team leader to escalate gave my infi- no one came back to me. I called the following Monday, of which a ticket was finally created to send someone out, nothing! Tuesday phoned again as it was then said they would arrive the 12th... nothing! Today i was put on hold fir 23minutes! I spoke to two different people through Afrihost again today, one of which stated Openserve attempted to call abd sms countless times??? Biggest lie under the sun. The other gentlemen stated Openserve said they could not install as there wasnt sufficient fibre in the area yet!!!! Someone living right next to me owns fibre??? Im disgusted the amount of times I have to be put on hold a call repeatedky waisting all my airtime daily to do Afrihost/Openserves job!!
